2. L’Astrance Restaurant

L’Astrance is Pascal Barbot and Christophe Rohat’s duet masterpiece in French culinary. With a unique concept of season changing menu, L’Astrance offers something that any other restaurant does not. Due to that season-influenced menu too, L’Astrance takes a break after the summer and opens before the fall starts.

The meals in L’Astrance have a little oriental influence which makes them a bit light and healthy compared to its French counterpart. The decoration is warm and cozy with straw-filled windows and big mirrors to create a bigger space iluusion. With only 26 seats available, you better be hurry and reserve a seat in advance.

3. Huitrerie Regis Restaurant

Huitrerie Regis is an oyster specialist restaurant. It is famous enough to always It is so small and casual that there is no reservation service. There are only six tables available that can hold about 20 people. So, whenever you get there, be ready to wait outside or some place near to get your turn.

Usually, there are two to three sizes available for each variety of oysters. There is also a wide collection of wine available to accompany your oyster feast such as Chablis, Muscadet, and Sancerre. Some other foods and complements available are shrimp, seaweed, and dark bread.

Spring restaurant is unique in a way that it is owned by an American chef from Chicago, Daniel Rose. At first, Spring is a small restaurant with only 16 people capacity. 6. Les Tablettes Restaurant

Le Tablettes gets its name from the iPad tablet that is always served to you when you arrive in the restaurant. The gadget shows how black truffles, one of the ingredients used in the restaurant’s foods, are grown. This is a new interesting idea in pulling customers closer to the food they eat.

Jean-Louis Nomicos is the chef who comes up with the idea as well as the owner of Le Tablettes. As a chef who grew up in Marseille, he offers Parisian food with much Mediterranean influence.

7. Thoumieux Restaurant
