The special color in Macéo’s menu may have something to do with the arrival of Maître Park in Macéo. Park is a professional chef from Korea which brings new different element to Macéo’s meals. He introduced the fifth element which is the taste that is not sweet or sour, but also bitter and salty which so far has impressed many diners in Macéo.

Some of Park’s best foods are lobster bisque, which is a dish of cooked lobster presented with ravioli and bathed in a sauce. There is also Carre d’Angeau, a lamb dish with lotus mille-fauille. The lamb in this food is really tender and rich in flavor, thanks to Park’s Asian background. The desert would be the roast figs with candied dates which makes you want to stay longer.
