Pascal Barbot is the one who is in charge of the kitchen while Christophe Rohat supervises everything outside. With their experience after working for years in L’Arpège, they have everything they need to create one successful restaurant which satisfies each of every customer who comes to dine in there.

The menu in L’Astrance changes in accordance with season but you will never miss the “ravioli” form which always present in every season. The restaurant also has the tradition for taking a break every August just after summer ends and before fall starts.
