Ze Kitchen Galerie is a restaurant opened by William Ledeuil, a former trainee of chef Guy Savoy. Located in 6th arrondissement of Paris, this classy restaurant is hosted in an antique building. However though, Ledeuil refuses to have the same antique look for its restaurant interior. Instead, he goes with a colorful decoration and an open showcase kitchen to create a warm and cozy atmosphere for its guests. The men who are Andrew Todd, who is responsible for Ze Kitchen’s beautiful design, and Leopold Gest, who is responsible for the stylish furniture.

It was Jean-Louis Nomicos who had the idea of opening a new restaurant of his own after years working under Alain Ducasse and was trusted to lead some of the maestro’s restaurants like La Grande Cascade and Bois de Bologne, and Lasserre.

In Les Tablettes, Nomicos expresses himself with foods which are heavily influenced with Mediterranean style.
