Daniel Rose then moved his restaurant to a bigger place in the fifth arrondissement. Although considerably bigger, he maintains his restaurant signature of an open kitchen which allowed cooks to chat directly with their guests. This time, there are four cooks handling the kitchen area and the dining room is available for 28 diners max. Still, with the new capacity, you need to book one month in advance to ensure you can dine there. Of course, you may try your luck by dropping by at the last minute to see whether there are seats available.
