Les Tablettes takes the old place belonged to Le Table and decided to turn it into something smaller, yet with a better quality. It was Jean-Louis Nomicos who had the idea of opening a new restaurant of his own after years working under Alain Ducasse and was trusted to lead some of the maestro’s restaurants like La Grande Cascade and Bois de Bologne, and Lasserre.

In Les Tablettes, Nomicos expresses himself with foods which are heavily influenced with Mediterranean style. There are many appealing Mediterranean-influenced foods appear on the menu of this restaurant which is headed by the Marseille chef. Marseille, a city which is located in the Mediterranean sea, definitely bring a strong background for Nominos’s food array.
